Apple iPhone X Keynote Event Roundup
While the recent iOS 11 leaks did spoil some of the surprises Apple had in store for its fans, overall the Apple iPhone X keynote event did not disappoint as there were a lot of interesting gadgets and accessories announced. While most of them might not be exactly revolutionary or even new in the tech market, just because they have the Apple brand attached to them, there is a certain hype surrounding their launch.
Apple Watch 3
As the iOS 11 leak had mentioned earlier, Apple finally announced a new Apple Watch, this time with LTE capabilities so it does not just act as a simple smartwatch any more. There are two versions of Apple Watch 3 available for pre order, one with LTE for $400 while without LTE for $330.
Apple TV 4K
With the new tvOS firmware, the Apple TV 4K is a powerful machine capable of delivering 4K content at 60 frames per second and has HDR10 support so if the content you are watching is in HDR, the colors feel be more vibrant and detailed. Pre orders start at $180 for the 32GB model.
Qi Wireless Chargers
Apple collaborated with Mophie and Belkin to design two Qi wireless chargers for the upcoming iPhone X and Apple iPhone 8/8 Plus. There is nothing really fancy about these besides branding. The Belkin charger is white while the Mophie is black in color and both cost the same, $60.
AirPower Wireless Charging Pad
This is an all-in-one charging pad which is capable of recharging any Apple device that supports wireless charging. Thanks to its large surface area, the AirPower can charge multiple devices at the same time including the new iPhone X, Apple Watch 3 and AirPods.
Apple iPhone 8 and 8 Plus
As expected, Apple announced the Apple iPhone 8 and 8 Plus during the Apple iPhone X keynote event and these two new handsets aren’t exactly a huge upgrade over the currently available iPhone 7 Plus and for the most part, the design is also similar, with an extra addition of a full glass back.
Apple iPhone X
The big reveal of the Apple keynote event, the mighty iPhone X itself, featuring a bezel-less design which removes the home button in favor of everything on screen. The iPhone X features a completely new design from previous devices including the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Of course with a premium design and components, there is a premium price tag attached too as the Apple iPhone X costs a massive $1000 for the 64GB model.
