Instagram has launched a major design update today. The announcement was made via an Instagram blog post which also mentioned that other creative apps including Layout, Boomerang and Hyperlapse from Instagram will also be updated to the latest design and logo schematics.
This influences users on both Android and iOS as well as the Instagram for web. The latest update has completely redesigned the look and feel of the Instagram platform. The newest update is now available for both iOS and Android users.
The principle thing you’ll see once you install/update the app is that it has a whole new catchy logo with different rainbow-like colors. Instagram has gone through a great deal of thoughts until it settled on the bright new logo.
Not just the principle Instagram app has gotten another symbol – the same treatment has been connected to Layout, Boomerang, and Hyperlapse, the other three portable apps created by the Facebook.
Ian Spalter, Head of Design at Instagram says;
“Color has always been a huge part of Instagram — you see it in the classic app icon, filters, and the community’s photos and videos,”
The top and base of the app has a white background, and the symbols in the base route bar appear to have become smaller than before
Instagram says 80 million photographs and recordings are shared through its system each and every day, and this upgraded look “reflects how energetic and various” the “narrating” on the administration has gotten to be.
